Tourism has changed. Today we are looking for experiences of freedom that allow us to connect with our environment and our loved ones without losing the comfort and convenience of traditional accommodation.

Camping is becoming one of the main options for national and international tourists, but it is still far from its European counterparts, due to the lack of transformation and adaptation to current times in order to compete with hotel models.
CHALLENGE

HolaCamp is the union of several family campsites, with the intention of improving the traditional model and bringing it into the future with the collaboration of an investment fund.
 
We had the challenge of defining an outdoor accommodation brand that would integrate and expand the existing campsite offer, elevating the perception and value of the more traditional campsite by creating proprietary brand experiences that would allow the expansion and development of a new tourism model in Spain and Portugal.
SOLUTION

We redefined the concept of camping to connect the best of the outdoors and the best of serviced accommodation, transforming a traditional concept into a vector of growth and preference for audiences seeking these alternatives and for those who are just beginning to discover them.

We developed a clear Value Proposition: to make the best of the camping we all know, something extraordinary "Camping made extraOUTdinary".
A concept that elevates and qualifies us as the new generation of campsites that builds on the OUT living concept through our strengths compared to traditional hotels and campsites.

"If you think that a romantic dinner doesn't need candles, but campfires, you are extraoutdinary.

We defined an axis to capitalise on the experiences of our locations in a proprietary way and to be able to offer a segmentation and connection of our experiences from the Value Proposition. We created the concept of 'ExtraOUTdinary Campstories': we don't have campsites, we have love stories, stories about us, secret stories, stories from here. Stories full of beauty to live, share and remember.

We also came up with a Brand Architecture and Naming System to help us focus on growth and acquisition of new assets, and an endorsement system with those who operate externally.
